Last week we staged this newer construction home with a fantastic floor plan in a desirable North Arlington neighborhood. It was a beauty before we came in but after our updates including painting new colors, moving furniture and hanging art, the house was a real stunner. So beautiful, in fact, that the neighbor two doors down made a healthy offer before the home even officially hit the market!
